As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Billing Analysts to ensure that our clients’ requests are delivered quickly. You will respond to general enquiries, provide Billing documents and support the wider team with routine tasks.
You will be required to work independently for long periods and trusted to complete your duties without constant supervision whilst building a great working relationship with the wider team. You will be supported with this, but it will take a certain level of determination from the right candidate to make it work for everyone
This a Temporary role to support our Operations Team until automated solutions are in place. All roles are currently remote.
You will be able to demonstrate to us the practical and measurable ways in which you put the customer at the heart of all you do and, importantly, how you keep driving up customer satisfaction.
You need to be able to speak clearly and confidently to a range of people. Sometimes, things don’t always work as they should and being able to articulate what needs attention and why is really important
Getting to know what our clients need and why will help you be a success in this role. This is a temporary role whilst we develop systematic processes in the background. The responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and you may be asked to support with other manual activities to support longer term automation plans.
There’s a lot of different tasks to complete. Being able to juggle your time whilst meeting deadlines without being closely managed is crucial.
