In a Nutshell

As Head of Pre-Sales, you will be responsible for leading the global adoption of the ENSEK platform and supporting in pre-sales engagements with prospective customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how the ENSEK platform can rationalise their legacy architecture to enable faster change and innovation, improve the customer experience, and reduce the cost to serve. In addition you will ensure that requirements are clearly captured in order to accelerate the implementation of the platform and therefore accelerate time-to-revenue.

You will lead a team of Presales specialists and set the standards for our Presales engagement across the globe. The ENSEK Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Directors by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.


1. Establish and implement ENSEK’s approach to Presales for delivery around in our chosen markets then scale and lead the team to support our pipeline

2. Scope, plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audience

3. Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possible

4. Participate in the continuous improvement of ENSEK products by making technical contributions and by providing feedback from the field to Product Marketing and Engineering.

Key Skills


Pre-Sales enterprise software experience, with a strong skillset to establish trust with clients, and ability to influence decision makers in the sales cycle.


Experience with cloud technologies – iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure. Hands on experience with web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, integration architecture patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM etc.


Ability to lead architectural discussions, and a passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers
