Your initial focus will be in the design and delivery of a range of personal development, management skills and onboarding training modules. In this new, remote working world it's critical that you have built and delivered both face to face and online digital training. We are looking for a creative, incredibly engaging and enthusiastic learning professional to drive the learning agenda. Is that you?
You must have current and relevant experience in online digital training. It's critical in this job and we’d want to see examples of hands-on course content and how you delivered it.
Engagement is key. In the remote working world, you will be able to show us how you have grabbed the attention of your audience, kept them engaged and driven home the learning.
You’ll need to show you have built cutting-edge training materials. PowerPoint slides won’t cut it. You’ll wow us with your take on training delivery mechanisms that genuinely engage people and fit with the ‘new normal’.
You’ll be relentlessly positive and resilient. You’ll be a ‘yes we can’ person by nature, with a smile on your face and a genuine desire to help our staff plus deliver the wider HR team road map. To do that well, you will need to show you are structured, organised and on top of your brief.
