In a Nutshell

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has the drive to make things happen. As the Marketing Manager, you will conceptualise and deliver creative and strategic campaigns that help drive the company’s growth goals. You’ll own the simplification and articulation of our SaaS product messaging, as well as supporting services.

ENSEK is a fast-paced company, going through a huge growth push in the energy industry, both within the UK and internationally. We’re looking for an all-round marketer who can drive everything from product marketing, to hyper-personalised account based marketing, content creation, partnerships, social media, branding and communications. You’ll create and drive a complete marketing experience, working with teams across the business and drawing on our PR and design agencies to enrich marketing efforts.


  1. Own and deliver strategic, creative and impactful product and services marketing campaigns to drive awareness of ENSEK’s offerings and support business goals
  2. Build multichannel strategic initiatives that develop MQL’s and marketing touchpoints to drive ROI
  3. Create hyper-personalised content to drive prospects and customer expansion projects through the funnel
  4. Work closely with the Growth and Product Management teams to ensure cross-business alignment
  5. Create content that builds our following on social media and drives visitors to the website, creating conversion opportunities
  6. Continue to develop our brand, messaging and embed our tone of voice across all channels
  7. Work closely with our PR agency to drive coverage and build ENSEK as a thought-leader in the energy and tech industries
  8. Put the customer first in everything you do, understanding the needs and requirements of our portfolio to drive the advocacy of ENSEK
  9. Own and lead activity within our partnership ecosystem (eg. AWS, Salesforce VISA etc.)
  10. Analyse the success of activities, identifying gaps and adapting to changes

Key Skills


You’ll have experience in marketing, product marketing, customer communications, social, email, website evolution, written and visual creative content output, brand building, SEO, an understanding of PR, customer focus, and design.


You’ll have experience working with product teams and can package complicated and technical messaging into a compelling and concise story. Energy industry knowledge is not necessary but experience in the tech industry is required, as you’ll be working with a world-class SaaS platform.


You have proven ability to think outside the box, including building and delivering disruptive campaigns in the digital sphere. Design skills preferred (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, video animation).


You’ll have the ability to set goals, plan, build initiatives and create opportunities with minimal guidance, in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a self-motivator who is adaptable, a team player, willing to learn, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
