In a Nutshell

Working across the product organisation, we need someone with a strategic, and product-centric marketing background who can work alongside senior leadership and product managers in creating, owning, and delivering a dynamic product marketing message. You’ll be an established, experienced, results driven Product Marketing Specialist. You’ll be very familiar with creating, developing, launching and marketing products that deliver high quality solutions for clients across global markets. You will be fully versed in all aspects of product lifecycle management and have a natural entrepreneurial spirit.


  1. Working with the Director of Products, you will be the company’s Product Marketing specialist, leading and driving the Product Marketing agenda across the business.
  2. Managing complete product lifecycles through NPI and stage gate methodologies, including projected revenue walks, ROI, pricing and launch strategies.
  3. Ensure KPI’s are focused on achieving company targets related to driving revenues, margins, quality, brand awareness, and market expansion.
  4. Undertake extensive and detailed analysis of competitive environments, consumer trends, including voice of the customer and observational voice of the customer.
  5. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to devise and execute successful go-to-market plans.
  6. Creating innovative, value-priced, corporate proposal strategies.
  7. Developing and executing digital lead nurturing programs driving marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads pipelines.
  8. Developing product strategies and roadmaps as well as all product technical and commercial documentation.

Key Skills


You’ll be pure product marketing. This role wouldn’t suit broad marketers. It’s the Product Marketing mindset we seek.


You’ll be up to speed with segmentation, personas and value proposition creation that can clearly be communicated across different stakeholder groups and built into the core design or products.


You will need to develop a fast undertaking of the market, the competition, and have the skills to exploit our strengths and competitive weaknesses. We are looking for someone to elevate our product footprint through best practices and methodologies.


You’ll have sound knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing and sales processes, pushing boundaries to create category defining products.
