In this role you will own and manage a sizeable population of jobs to recruit. You’ll use a combination of direct sourcing via linkedin headhunting, agencies, internal referrals and direct sourcing via advertising, careers fairs and attendance at tech meetups. So, this is a job for someone already working
You must have experience headhunting people on LI, by skill set, by company and then using your local Tech scene knowledge to strike while the iron is hot when opportunities arise.
We don’t always have a finished spec. We don’t always get much notice before the green light. If you can handle that, constantly flex your priorities and juggle significant numbers of candidates at once then you’ll love it here.
You’ll need to show you have hired some of the following hit list: Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists and be at least a little bit familiar with SaaS and Agile working.
You’ll be relentlessly positive and resilient. You’ll be a ‘yes we can’ person by nature with a smile on your face and a genuine desire to help and support your internal customers and colleagues. To do that well, you will need to show you are structured, organised and on top of your brief.
