ENSEK helps Zebra Power hit top three spot in Citizens Advice Energy Supplier Rankings

Nottingham, UK – 29 June, 2020 – ENSEK, the leading software supplier to UK energy providers, is proud to announce that, through the use of its end-to-end SaaS platform, Zebra Power has ranked third out of the UK’s domestic energy suppliers in the Citizens Advice customer service review.

Zebra Power is a new independent energy supplier offering competitive consumer prices backed by an exceptional customer service. Since going live with its first customers using the ENSEK platform in 2017, it has achieved considerable growth, now having 15,000 customers and 26,000 accounts nationwide, and boasts a top-three position in the UK for customer service. In the Citizens Advice ranking, Zebra Power is also in the top-five for both customer complaints handling and ease of contact.
