Every parent/carer wants to go to the special events in their children’s life.
The flexibility at ENSEK, enables me to attend those special assemblies and coffee mornings to see that beaming smile on my daughters face.
I recently attended a mother’s day coffee morning at my daughters school.
She wasn’t happy that I didn’t go to the last one (my previous employer didn’t allow the same flexibility as ENSEK). I felt extra pressure from her to go to this one and thankfully my employer was supportive of my attendance. So I was able to redeem myself!
My daughter was so excited in the queue when waiting for the cake.
She didn’t want me to leave when the event was over. It was a very special time, where my daughter told me a lot about school that she hadn’t shared before.
By working with flexibility, I was able to have my cake and eat it.
All whilst making memories and showing my daughter that you can have a career and also be a great parent. Thank you ENSEK for being a flexible employer and supporting me with succeeding at both.
