Today is arguably one of the UK's favourite days of the year. Pancake Day. Rather than just enjoy our pancakes, like everyone else, we thought we'd add a little flavour to the day. Turning to a couple of our Analysts, we asked them what we could 'power using pancakes'.
Before we begin, we made some assumptions:
Every household in the UK uses a gas hob.
