New wave of development planned in partnership between ENSEK and Centrica.

ENSEK, a leading software provider to the UK energy market, are collaborating with Centrica, one of the UK’s largest gas and electricity suppliers to both domestic and business customers. Leveraging ENSEK’s retail energy platform and Centrica’s expertise, the partnership enables a new wave of development that will result in a market-leading solution for SME energy suppliers.
Headquartered in Nottingham, ENSEK uses its market-leading, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to provide energy suppliers with end to end capability in the market, enabling them to manage all industry and customer facing processes including its sector leading revenue assurance and gross margin accounting solution.
Centrica has been working closely with ENSEK over the past year in the development of its new SME offer ‘British Gas Lite’, where ENSEK has provided the core platform (market communications, billing, CRM, and self-serve portals for customers and brokers) to facilitate its new online-serviced electricity product.
The new wave of development will see ENSEK and Centrica strengthen this working relationship further, and is testament to the success of the partnership so far.
