Jon founded ENSEK in 2010 with a conviction that the energy industry needed better software to deliver the transition the world demands. Fourteen years on, he leads a company powering some of the UK's largest energy retailers, now accelerating into international markets. His focus remains the same as it always was — identifying the hard problems, building the right solutions, and scaling teams with the culture to deliver them.
Sharon Doyle
Chief Product Officer, ENSEK
Sharon leads the product vision and strategy taking ENSEK from a world-class billing and customer management platform to a full-stack energy transition enabler. With a track record of building global product organisations across complex, regulated markets her focus at ENSEK is on product-led growth, agentic AI workflows and consumer-centred design.
